Terms & Conditions
All services and products provided by The Paper Card Company are subject to the following terms and conditions whether the client has read them or not.
General Terms:

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the business The Paper Card Company cannot issue refunds.

Nothing on this web site is public domain, this means all items must be purchased unless otherwise noted.

Designs may not be modified or distributed by ANY means; either electronic or print.
Acceptance:
Payment for your project is your acceptance of my terms and conditions. The Paper Card Company's Terms of Service agreement becomes effective when the (client) provides (The Paper Card Company) with the initial retainer fee or purchases anything from our website or via email.
Charges:
Charges for services to be provided by The Paper Card Company are defined within designated pages at www.papercardcompany.com. All custom design services require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to commencement of work. Once labor has started there will be no refunds on the deposit. When final approval of web design is given, client must pay the remaining balance before design will be installed or delivered.
Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our business there are no returns or exchanges for any reason. Our products are not "returnable" and no refunds will be issued. All sales are final. Please be sure of what you are purchasing before you checkout!
Copyright & Design Credit:

All copyright privileges are retained by The Paper Card Company, this includes all graphics, html code, template design and overall layout of the design.

The Paper Card Company copyright link & Graphic Artist credit link must remain at the bottom of client's website design. Client agrees not remove or alter these links in any way.

The Paper Card Company reserves the right to add a thumbnail image of your finished site design to our portfolio along with a link to your website.

By purchasing any of our products and/or services you are only purchasing the right to display the material with all credit links remaining intact.

Unless otherwise stated, all The Paper Card Company designs are sold as-is, with no color changes or alterations available outside of what is described.

Graphic designs may not be resold, redistributed, shared, duplicated, or claimed as your own, in part or as a whole.

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we are unable to issue refunds after the product has been delivered.

The Paper Card Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, based on our own judgment. Please, family friendly sights only.

Web sites, templates, images, borders, backgrounds, graphics & web art must be used as sent. You may not alter or change them in any way. You may not change or edit colors, resize, crop or manipulate any of my designs. Persons found to be using our design layouts, or code snippets without proof of purchase shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Indemnification:
Under no circumstances will The Paper Card Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from client's website sales or lack thereof. Client is responsible for adding and promoting their own products and/or services. Sites containing pornography or unlawful content are not allowed. Our hosting providers only host family friendly websites only.
Approved WebHost Providers
The Paper Card Company uses PappaShop as it's WebHost Provider for our Web Site Templates and Custom e-Boutique Websites. You must have a domain name and service with PappaShop Web Hosting to receive installation of your website template and custom e-boutique website.
Termination:
Termination of services by the client must be requested in a written notice and will be effective on receipt of such notice. There are no refunds due to the nature of this business's products or services. Email or telephone requests for termination of services will not be honored unless confirmed in writing.
